That is why I've decided to list my favorite eye liner brushes along with the type of liner effect each brush can create. Sonia Roselli Bent Angle Brush $20.00 and Sephora Platinum Angle Eyeliner Brush #23, $15.00 are ideal for those who don't want to tug on any part of the eye area, and like to keep their eyes open while applying liner. The angle of these brushes lets you get right at the base of your lashes to create a thin or thick line. It's also ideal for lining the bottom inside rim. Sonia Roselli Detail Eye Liner Brush $15.00 and Sephora's Professional Angled Liner/Eyeliner Brush #15, $14.00 are ideal for a precise line as well as lining the upper inside rim.
